Welcome to the XtoZ Travel blog! I am a wife/mother/lawyer fortunate to be part of a family that loves to travel together. Little did I know the what I’ve called “family vacation” all these years has become one of the top travel trends: multigenerational travel.
My family travel squad ranges in age from 4 (Generation Z) to 75 (Baby Boomers). We cover as many as three generations in any given trip. It is not uncommon for us to have a herd of 10 or more. We’ve done a variety of travel including beach retreats, all inclusive resorts, cruises and most recently a trek through Spain. But more importantly, we have an even longer where-to-next wishlist. Truth is that while no trip is perfect, we always return home content and committed to the next trip.
So, with a desire to start a blog for a variety of reasons, I decided to share tales of our travels, lessons learned and other tidbits aimed at inspiring multigenerational travel. I hope you will join me on the journey and engage in the conversation.
